Please don't take this the wrong way!

I'd be real leery of junkyard seat belts.
Realistically speaking, seat belts/shoulder harnesses are only good for 1 hard crash.
They can be stretched and weakened with no visible signs of damage.

Personally, I'd buy new, or have them rewebbed.

I'd just hate to hear of somebody getting killed, or worse, because of a belt failure.
