Correct. 5 & 6 lug are available; 8-lug no. But, I've seen 8-lug centers that were machine cut from standard steel wheel donors put into wheels that were 6-lug centers (22" transit wheels) so it can be done. Stockton (back in the day) was more likely to have the ability to do it vs. something coming from Wheel Vintiques.

I can almost guarantee it will be cost prohibitive if they say they can.
