I made my own mounting plates. I had to drill the bottom hole for the mounts but the upper 2 holes lined up fine using the 6 cyl holes. I was also able to use the CPP tranny cross member for the 4L60E and it went right into the stock crossmember holes as well. This alllowed for me to get a few inches back towards the firewall and I can get my A/C compressor to easily slide in from the front too.

Had a good junk yard score today, I was able to get the A/C inner and outer unit minus condensor for $50. All good housing and no cracks etc. Also grabbed the A/C vents from the inside as well. I was able to get a complete unmolested washer hose set up for free. Old guy is cool and will just give away small stuff like that if you pull it yourself.
