Actually gave a broken vcr to my brother-in-law for my 72 in 1995 or so, it had a stuck valve on one head. I drove that until I got run into by a guy running a stop sign. I was on my way to the junkyard to get parts to fix the truck when I saw my 71 gmc in a driveway with the bed halfway off and the back end of the frame resting on the auxillary gas tanks. I decided I would stop and ask the guy if he "wanted to get rid of that thing". At that time I thought the $900 I paid for a truck with half an engine and no rear axle was a bit high, but I loved what I saw....... well, I ended up selling the 454 block that was in it for $500, so I got it for $400 and whatever it cost to tow it back in 98..... so, what you see in the pic below minus rear axle and engine for $400........ deal or no deal?
