Here's a few pics of what I did for the fuel filler on my pickup. The same concept will work for your Blazer. I just used the late model filler and covered it all inside the bed with a Blazer filler cover. To get the neck under the bed, I cut off the stock bend and welded on a piece of pre-bent exhaust tubing from the parts store. Used fuel filler hose to connect to the tank- works like a charm...
thanks! im going to keep the headrests for when the top is on, but take them off whenever the top comes off!


Thanks everyone for the gas filler neck pics, the did help! i wanted to make something 100% water proof to the interior. im really happy with the way it turned out. it took about three full work days thinking plus fabricating. the outside is still not fully welded and the back only has a few tack welds, but i am going to fully weld it still!
