Anyone who only knows their local places doesn't know much. There are places all over this country with as good as or better quality than LMC. Not to mention "specialists" like Jerry Brown and many others...and Jim Carter is one. Nobody makes everything they sell. So, the one you put down could be selling the same parts as the one you're propping, and visa-versa. When you say "their customer service is second to none", do you mean their customer service comes in second behind none at all, meaning worse than no customer service? I'd have to agree on that
