FWIW...I have 2 fans w/3 relays running both on low then on high once the AC is activated or higher temps. Low on at 195, high on at 205. 187 deg thermo. Im in California and have yet to have the high activate unless the AC is on. I agree the Entropy fans are loud in normal mode, that's why I went with the 3 relay setup as you are considering. I can hardly hear the fans on low speed. Very happy with this setup, as I think you will be also....
