Pulls to the right...check your front brakes, shoes may be worn out,wheel cylinder maybe seized(left side) or right side leaking. Or all brakes out of adjustment. If your pull is not really felt in the steering possible issues in back brakes. It's cheaper to fix the brakes you have on the truck than to replace the whole setup. Going to disc brakes is a worth while endeavor,however,you will be able to fix it up and have working brakes while you do your research. I cant give you an answer on best vendor,there are many options so do your homework well.
