LS2 Custom Engine Cladding

This may have been done before, but it's the first time I have ever tried it.

A friend of mine asked me to "customize" the GTO covers for his LS2 engine. He is installing the engine into his '67 C10 fleet, and was looking for something different.

He furnished two damaged GTO claddings for dissection and two new GTO claddings to modify. After many hours with the Dremel, Super Glue Plastic Fusion Epoxy, spot putty, sandpaper and semi-flat black here is the final result.

The toughest areas to reshape was inside the "G" because of the slight curves.

I would never do another set. Just too much time and patience which I don't have.
