I use the plasma only in certain areas. Straight cuts w/the angle grinder make the job much easier aligning things (for me anyway). The last 3 I've done, I didn't even use the plasma.

Also.... I clean up front & back for the ones going under my sheet metal. The one in that pic got just the front cleaned-up. The back just got a dusting from a flap wheel & then Scotch Brite wheel. I leave it up to the buyer to finish out the area that can't be seen.
