shipping is the killer so you may need to chase parts for awhile - unless you can find a local place where you can pick stuff up

Bedsides - ~$1500
Wheel Tubs - ~$200
Cargo Floor - ~$800
Tailgate - ~$300
B-Pillar Supports - ~$250

This is about $3k in parts alone to replace the panel - might be cheaper with patch panels, but it may end up taking longer.
