I downloaded Shimmy Diagnoser. It was about $18 and it seems to work alright for that price.

I also worked on fine tuning the carb, it seems I have an off idle stumble when cold and it pretty much clears up once warm. I didn't realize holly has so many changeable parts and I ordered a larger accelerator discharge nozzle.
