Did you see that somewhere official? That's 1/2" larger than what appears to have been delivered. WTF?
I've posted this info multiple times, but once more won't hurt. The national number for American Eagle Wheels (the company behind Boss and several other brands) is 909-590-8828. To find a local distributor, go here:
http://americaneaglewheel.com/distributor.cfm. I encourage people to call, ask questions, demand answers, and report back with your findings. Might help to play dumb and just see what they tell you. Some items of interest include:
- What is the hub bore on the revised wheels?
- What is the ETA on the 20" chrome wheels?
- What specifically was changed with the -3 revision?
- Are there any plans for other backspacing options on the 20x10 wheel in order to better fit earlier trucks?
I'm sure there are many other questions as well, but those come immediately to mind.
EDIT: You might also consider asking questions in response to
their blog post about the revised wheels. The blog is their PR piece, so if they start seeing a lot of public questions they might be more responsive. Please be courteous if you go this route.
