I scored a hidden hitch for $40
I haven't mounted it yet but I did work on the flip up license plate bracket last weekend. Went to my local Pick N' Pull and found a two position bracket off of an 88' Camaro for $4. On this era Camaro, the lock for the rear hatch is located behind the license plate so GM was nice enough to make the bracket a two position bracket. You flip it down and it stays down. I just mounted it upside down.
