Packard 56 series connector. As Truckster says Napa has the lugs. You may be able to locate a new body but it may not be in the clear plastic. Try AAW and M&H wiring for exact matches. Or find the best used one possible and replace the lug. These were used on lots of American vehicles 60's through the 80's. I have picked up several "junk" harnesses for free and reused lots of the bodies.
