We had a hell of a time because the title paperwork for our Toyota didn't come through before the temp tag ran out. The dealer claimed they weren't enforcing expirations because of China Virus but I called the courthouse and they said it was entirely up to the officer out on the road.
You do NOT want to have to talk to
those folks if you don't have to!
So I harassed the dealer over and over and
finally they emailed me a pdf of an extended temp tag that we could print out at home.
The title work finally arrived at the courthouse. It's really not a big deal after that because it's a little bitty county.
