Here is mine. Just drug a '71 C20 home from its resting spot in a pasture. The sticker is still there, just a little worn. Managed to get it decoded.

I can't quite read the color code, If anyone knows the code for olive/white, I would like to know. I would like to restore the factory color at some point.
