Thanks for the inquiry. I am not sure what you mean by both parking brake actuator levers. Help me out with the description and I am sure they are still on the truck because it is all there and complete.

The steering wheel is an original Custom steering wheel and horn ring, complete. Below is a photo for your consideration. The complete steering wheel and horn ring assembly is $125.00, plus $20.00 packaging & shipping. I will clean it up after removal and prior to shipping.
