Looks like it could be a non-folding 67 seat frame (if such a thing exists) with the lower padding from a later bench (this is what is commonly available new). That will give you the booster seat effect. Great looking seat from the pictures!

Take a look in my build thread at my 67 seat reupholster project. Some good pictures of the seat frame that could help ID what you have.

Not sure if you were asking for this, but you can carefully remove the lower cover and replace the thicker foam with the correct thickness and recover with new hog rings.
