i used the bucket seat brackets that came with the seats. lined up the outside bolt hole with the original hole in the floor and drilled 3 new ones and then it bolted right in with no cutting and welding other than cutting off a locating pin thingy that stuck out the bottom of the bracket in front. then just bent the 2 front bolt hole areas in the seat brackets flat
