Re: Advanced Design on 00-06 Tahoe/Yukon chassis?

I wasn't aware of the torsion bars on 4 wheel drive Dakotas either. I have the suspension parts off a 92 Dakota two wheel drive that I bought as a donor truck and pulled the suspension and rack and pinion off and sold the hulk to the wrecking yard. I don't ever remember being under a 4 wheel drive Dakota. Torsion bars quite often are the bunk if you plan on engine swaps out of the norm for that vehicle.

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
