I have been doing A LOT of rust removal lately and if you think there is just a little.... there is more... much more.
Look at all the areas that you see that you have rust... then add a couple more inches to that and you might get it all.
IMHO... the kit is a good way to go. You might not use everything, but it is there if you need it.
