Congrats on the new grandbaby. It is the most awesome feeling when they start calling you grandpaw, or what ever it is they want to call you. I have 3, 2 boys and a 2 yr old. the boys call me grandpa, but for whatever reason, Peighton calls me PeePaw... lol its awesome !!!
Oh ya, the building is looking good too. I was in Tioga this weekend, wish I would have had your number.
