Normally I don't recommend a single plane on a street application (i'm assuming you are going to drive it on the street?), but the nitrous will work better on a single plane due to more even distribution. You also have the RPM to actually utilize a single plane. A performer RPM would be my second choice for intake.

You'll want a good bit of stall (3000+rpm converter). As for the cam, I'd call a cam company and see if you can get a recommendation. They should also be able to recommend a converter stall range too.

the 700r4 is going to require an expert transmission builder and a few dozen upgraded hard parts to stay together. The 200-4R might be just a bit better but I'd use a TH400 or 4L80E. use the biggest transmission cooler you can find.
