This one is NOT an original Feathers Blazer, as documented by a prev owner on the site - I just found this thread -

As for how to really document one though, that is a good question and I haven't found the answer yet - it does not appear on SPIDs in any way (so I'm guessing it is not on the build sheet either) which makes me suspect the stripe kits are dealer installed (to your question Larry). Would love to find out for sure from an original known example or owner etc - I'm going to guess the only proof would be a dealer invoice or something like that.
