My '66 and '64 half tons have P235/75/15 tires and P225/35/15 tires. I've always understood the "P" to mean "passenger vehicle so always figured it's okay because I just pretty much use them as such. Every now again I might haul a load to the dump but nothing too heavy. I suppose I were going to work it harder I would step up to LT but I have a 2017 Silverado for the hard work
