Re: What's your carburetor preference for the 350?
I like all 3. I have never used any of them with an automatic/electric choke (the first thing I do to a vehicle is convert it to manual choke). The Edelbrock is the simplest, but the Holley and Q-jet aren't exactly complicated. The Holley's have always seemed to have a smidgen better throttle response.
