Obtuse as Craigslist is about trying to prevent Google from doing national searches of it, this one doesn't show up in my bookmarked search link. Thanks for catching it, where I would have otherwise missed the listing! It's Chalet #0487, built in 8/76, which was previously listed by the prior owner last November for $2700 in the identical condition. Mighty optimistic price for that much rust.
