If the Craigs List [CL] rims are for a '68 Chevy [or GMC] with 6-lug, 5.5'' spacing, then yes.
If they're for a different make, then probably not.
I have a '68 Chevy C/10 and a '71 GMC Jimmy [like a K/5]. They have the same rim spacing.
In Model Year [MY] 1970 or '71, C/10 trucks [2 wheel drives] went to a 5 lug rim, but the 4x4's [K/10s] stayed with the 6 lug pattern. Prior to the change they were the same.
