fuel filter swapped out, last owner had installed his backwards....lovely.

purchased a factory gm temperature/compass mirror (gentex 177, 2 line display). ebay seller sent me the wrong sensor, so install was put on hold, correct sensor arrived today. hopefully i'll get some garage time this weekend to do wire it in, with pictures to follow.

i put one of these in my K5 and loved having the extra info. it's always nice to know what direction you're going in a big city when you lose your bearings.

we've had a lot of company, and a lot of kid activities going on, this project seems to be taking much longer than i anticipated.
