Shocks give you a rough ride, NOT springs(unless you have too many leaves).
Disconnect the shocks and go for a ride. If the ride improves then it's your shocks, if not it's your springs assuming nothing is binding up in the suspension.
Not sure if you know, but “these are short wheel base trucks. You should expect some bounce and stuff ride”.
