I think the Corvette gas pedal assy Rocknrod posted would be your best bet. I ended up using a pedal assy from a 75 Pontiac but had to heat & bend it to make it fit properly then used the plastic pedal from a 73 or so Nova.

Here's what I started with a brake pedal from a 73 C-10 and a gas pedal assy from a 75? Pontac. Here's what I ended up with after I heated & bent the Pontiac gas pedal & added the Nova gas pedal. You can see my heat & bend areas on the gas pedal if you look closely. Next up is the stainless pedal trim used on GM cars from around 69 to 74. After that I'm getting rid of the E brake pull handle assy and adding a floor E brake assy from a 72 Caddy.
