I recently placed an order last month for four items. I replaced the lock cyl. on the steering column of my '97 and I wanted to replace the upper and lower covers as well. The shipment arrived and all was good with those parts. I also order a left window switch part# 19244656. Expecting a NEW part I was surprised with a box that looked like it had been on a dusty shelf for years. Okay. What was worse is that when I opened the box the part that I was expecting was NOT in the box. Instead I come to find a window switch from what I have researched as a Chevy Cobalt/ Pontiac G5 05-07-10 part which also appears to be a used junkyard or throwaway part. I am not pleased and I have had no response from four e-mails or one phone call to GMP. I have done a lot of business with GMP and I think that's going to have to come to an end if this isn't resolved.
