I got to work on my cab a little this weekend. I patched the big hole in the fire wall. It is not bad considering I have pulled the trigger on a welder 4 times now. I also tipped my cab on the firewall so I can take a look at the bottom. There are only a few holes to patch. Most of the work will be on the cab corners and the area in front of the doors.
I then started bolting up my inner fenders. To recap I have one gmc and one chevy fender. The inners are off a chevy. The chevy bolts up fine, but the inner on the gmc fender was a bit off. So, looks like more research. I then started bolting up the parts for the grill, core support and latch. That is when I noticed my core support has been modified previously.
