Mentioned most of that in paragraph above
1) Pinning the bottom nut and call it a day ?
2) Raising the AC unit.
Was just wondering if there were other ideas/suggestions on doing that ..... like welding the pedal bracket to a bracing plate first .... which is where I was originally going ....... but now just thinking to bolt it directly in .....
