lol, you should have seen the 911 I tried to bring back from the dead. Unfortunately the jeep project is no more. Back before I bought the jeep in 2018 I messed my back up at work in september. I had a bulging herniated disk in my back I ended up doing physical therapy and was doing better and I thought I could finish the jeep, But in july 2019 The disk in my back came apart. By august I could not walk or stand without assistance and a ton of meds. The disk that came apart was causing nerve damage. I finally had a surgery in november, I had microdiscectomy that removed the parts of the disk that came apart. It wasn't until two weeks ago that I was able to start getting back to work on the truck. I did get a few things done on the truck before I messed my back up the second time.

Now we are caught up to a few weeks ago. I made another cab jig to make removing the cab easy as I cant lift or bend.

So that really expensive clear coat that was supposed to be formulated to be painted directly to bare metal and not rust... well it rusted.

So I spent two weeks removing the clear coat. I can only stand for two hours without feeling like i'm going to die. I probably would have only taken a day and a half.

So under the influence of the medication I was on and the lack of money, I decided to do a quick and cheap rattle can job of satin seafoam green with fake patina. I don't know if I like it or not yet, but I won't have to remove the cab agin to paint it as I had to remove it to remove all the clear coat and rust.
