You probably don't need to yet, but if you absolutely had to pull pushrods on Cylinders #5 + 6, you could remove the passenger side motor mounts and rotate the block to the right.
I've heard of people who bored 1'' holes in the arch of the firewall for pushrod clearance.
We got around doing that, when changing out a broken #6 exhaust valve spring, by making a 1-1/2 x 1'' almond-shaped hole in a spring compressing lever, and working it backhanded or upside down. No mounts loosened, no new holes. The end of the pushrod came up thru the almond hole, when compressing the spring.
