I finally got the engine to the machine shop today.After a nice little tear down,I found that the engine has already been bored .040 over

The cylinders have very little wear.I noticed that the oil passage in the cam bearing does not line up with the oil galley in the block.Stuff happens I guess.
Im goin to have new cam bearings installed,block cooked and crank checked.After the machinist calls me tomorrow,I will be buying the main and rod bearings.I already have purchased a new HV oil pump,shaft and pick-up tube,new ring set,full gasket set,a Comp Cam 262 cam and valve springs,fuel pump and other goodies.Hope to have it back from the shop this week so I can start the rebuild.
