Does anyone know where to purchase an OEM style rear bumper for this truck?

I've searched the web and can't find a bumper that looks like the original.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to give to my dad who is 85 as a surprise gift.

He really likes his truck but backed into a tree when he was hunting at around the age of 80. (We should all be so lucky!)

I can find replacements but not that look like the originals.
