Don't have a jack or a spare.... or even a garage....
The only blowout I've ever had was on a set of 15 year old dry rotted tires on an 86 camaro. Everything else has been slow leaks I was able to plug. I keep a can of fix a flat, plugs, and a portable air thingy in the truck when I go on a trip.
