Too easy, code 671 is a CST/Highlander w/grey inserts. Per the color chart that was the only "recommended" plaid combination on a 522 bronze Blazer.
The standard CST hub caps were the painted version.
The P03 caps were optional on all Blazers with compatible wheels.
The P01 wheelcovers were available on 4x4 or 4x2 versions.
On 4x2 Blazers you could also order PA1 wheelcover.
Not sure which caps or cover were standard with the Blazer as the literature only mentions the pickup covers/caps directly. However it is possible 4x2 package Blazers were PA1 wheelcovers and 4x4 Blazers were P03 as part of the savings package.
