I bought a truck last week and it has these on it in 20" (and I love it) but I kinda want a staggered look so thought about getting 22's for the rear and maybe get them widened out to 12" or something custom. Thoughts?

Boss recently added a 22" version to their spec sheet. Not sure about availability. Also not sure about offset/backspacing but if you're going to cut them up for custom wheels anyway that may not be an issue for you.
