Got my NOS engine mounts today! Naturally, I couldn't wait, I went right out and installed them. I've never changed out early 350 mounts. And man, GM got it right when they got rid of these mounts and went to the 73-87 style. Those are butter compared to these. It took me forever to get the passenger side center bolt to line up and go in. Super frustrating. Of course, I was doing all this with only jacks in my driveway on my back...so I guess that was to be expected.

Anyways, I am so happy I changed them out. I thought the truck had aftermarket replacement mounts installed because there was so much vibration. It turns out the mounts were the originals and just completely worn out.

I went out for test drive and the truck is night and day difference! So much smoother.

Little by little, she becomes my truck.
