Mx289, yeah I cut 12 from the front and 8 from the back. I tried to just find a place where the body lines were the straightest that way when I put it together it would be less body work and blending. The rear was easier than the front because the front top body line is at a sharper angle towards the cab. It took me longer to blend the body work and get that line straight. If I was to do it again I think I would cut the front section out as close to the cab as I could that way body work would be less. I also had trouble cutting the Interier bed walls on the same line as the outer. I tried several different methods but ultimately ended up with gaps I had to weld metal back into to cover.
