Hahaha that definitely wouldn't be a problem being as my car battery cost me $185 haha, yeah I'm trying to think of a nifty way to fix my rusted through part of my core support just thinking a few pieces of sheet metal to kind of reinforce it should be fine, now for my battery, I thought about designing my own "protective box", just because of the weather here in Texas is wild try to get it to preserve the battery longer but I'm not sure if my hood will allow it, but I was thinking about just building a literal box around the battery with an opening to be able to take it out of the truck if need be.
