The truck is a 4 speed granny 1 gear. Never seen a filter on a brake booster line on these model trucks. I will check into it though.
Do you have a link for the fitting in the intake are the filter?

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
