I did talk to the seller, he doesn't know much about the truck.
His relative bought it that way quite a few years ago.
He did say he thought it was a "new" bed at some point.
It's an hour and a half away, I may still go eyeball it.
The reason I ask, is I have an 84 cab/chassis myself. ( former Fire Department vehicle).
It had the fire equipment taken off and now has a commercial flat bed that is too wide.
The flat bed is 8 ft square! I bet it weighs 1500 pounds with the rear bumper, etc.
I would like to put a nice stock long bed on it.
