QA1s are great coilovers and the autocross guys with S10s use em a lot. you would be hard pressed to find something better.
as far as the rear, the bolt on ridetech is the only bolt on system with instructions, everything else is going to need work. speedway sells a coilover link setup as a universal weld on setup.
