Thanks. It was nerve-wracking for sure. I specifically chose that sub, not only for its quality, but because it had muted design and offered a subtle grille that would make it blend in a little more with the CST panels and not be overly flashy or gaudy.

Making the subwoofer enclosure was a whole other journey. The bedsides are so shallow that there was almost no tolerance to fit the sub. I had to use the inner bedside as a mold and lay up fiberglass to create the back panel, then used 1/2" baltic birch for the sides and faceplate. Then used chopped fiberglass and epoxy resin to reinforce all the joints. Ugh... But, it sounds great!
