I had to special order to get stainless. The aluminum stuff they have in stock is hard anodized, so once you roll over the ends and cut through the anodized layer, you can't actually polish it.
It's Schluter Rondec 3/8 stainless bullnose edging (not brushed). Here's a link if the system doesn't remove it:
